Before a field is in the editing model, double tabbing on the textual field. A copy-and-paste panel will show. Tab on the Copy button will copy the whole text in the name field*. The text you just copied is shown in the copy contents

Assuming you are going to copy Buy milk in the notes field, double tabbing on the notes field again, the copy-and-paste panel will show. You can confirm the text from the copy contents field. Tab on the paste button will paste buy milk into the note field

*Selection-and-copy is not yet supported in the current version
